The Office of Hearing & Appeals of the Navajo Nation is accepting applications for the Chief Hearing Officer position.

Position: Chief Hearing Officer of Office of Hearing & Appeals

Salary: $101,000.00

Location: Window Rock, AZ

Status: Open

Eligibility: Juris Doctorate; and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience as a trial or office attorney, administrative law judge or a closely related field. Must be eligible for and maintain membership in the Navajo Nation Bar Association and the Arizona, New Mexico or Utah State Bar. Ability to speak both Navajo and English. Knowledge of Navajo Nation Laws and applicable state and federal statutes, rules and regulations. Principles of management, administration, and supervision.
