When President Nygren took office, the number of homesite leases approved annually was around 400.
In 2023, approvals reached 700.
In 2024, approvals increased to 1,531.
In 2025, that number rose to 2,231 approved homesite leases.

We are cutting through barriers, delivering real results, and restoring opportunity for our people one homesite at a time,” said President Nygren.
