Today, I had the honor of attending the Arizona DECA State Career Development Conference to celebrate the hard work, leadership, and determination of our students. Seeing young people from across the state step onto that stage with confidence and pride is a powerful reminder that the future is already rising.
I am especially proud of Window Rock DECA, who are here representing our communities and earning awards in multiple categories. Their commitment inside the classroom is translating into real achievement outside of it. That kind of dedication does not happen by accident. It is built through late nights of preparation, teamwork, belief from advisors, and the courage to compete.
Moments like this are milestones in your journey. They mark growth, discipline, and the willingness to challenge yourself. I want every student here to remember that what you are building in the classroom today is the foundation for the businesses you will launch, the communities you will serve, and the leadership roles you will step into tomorrow. Keep pushing yourselves, keep learning, and never underestimate the power of your ideas. Your education is not just a requirement. It is your launchpad.
