Today, on October 13, we honor Indigenous Peoples Day. Today not only symbolizes who we are as Indigenous People, but a reminder to the world that we are still here.

As Diné people, we continue to practice our teachings and share our stories. We acknowledge the history that our ancestors have overcame that allows us to remain humble, resilient and strong.

Let’s honor the spirit of K’é by building bridges, fostering understanding, and standing together for justice. May we all work towards a future that reflects the values of respect and unity, learning from the resilience of Indigenous peoples everywhere.

Be proud to be Indigenous because everyday is Indigenous Peoples Day.
