The Navajo Hopi Honor Riders continue to exemplify what it means to honor service, sacrifice, and patriotism. Through motorcycle escort services, community volunteer projects, and support for military families, they help ensure that the legacy of veterans and fallen warriors is never forgotten.
As part of their annual journey to remember and honor those who served, the riders made stops throughout the Navajo Nation, including a visit to the Navajo Nation Veterans Memorial on Thursday and a stop today outside the Office of the President and Vice President. Their presence serves as a powerful reminder that the freedoms enjoyed today were secured through the sacrifice and dedication of countless service members and their families.
The event also highlighted the ongoing work of Navajo Nation Veterans Administration Executive Director Bobbie Ann Baldwin and her staff, whose dedication helps support veterans, military families, and community efforts that honor those who served. Through their leadership and coordination, the Navajo Nation continues to strengthen its commitment to preserving the stories, sacrifices, and legacy of Navajo veterans for future generations.
“The Navajo Hopi Honor Riders remind us that honoring our veterans is not a one-day commitment but a responsibility we carry year-round. We are grateful to Director Bobbie Ann Baldwin and the Navajo Nation Veterans Administration for their continued dedication to serving veterans, supporting military families, and preserving the legacy of our fallen warriors,” said President Buu Nygren.
The Navajo Nation remains grateful to the Navajo Hopi Honor Riders, Director Baldwin, and all those who work tirelessly to honor our veterans, support military families, and keep the memory of our fallen warriors alive.
