Tornado touched down N. of Montezuma Creek near Hwy 262 MP 13. Storm moving slowly north. No injuries or damage reported yet. ~15–20 homes in area.

Response:

• EMS on standby, fire units staged
• Bluff Fire, Red Mesa EMS, Blanding Fire requested
• Air ambulance availability being checked
• Shelter: 25–30 cots at Montezuma Creek Elem gym
• Staging: Montezuma Creek EMS station (may change)
• Red Cross assisting with shelter/family services

Storm may impact Aneth Chapter area
